Choose Between Two Tracks

Tactical Track

The tactical track is for anyone interested in improving their skills as sourcers and recruiters. This track will focus on helping talent acquisition professionals solve the problems they are facing at their desks right now. Individual contributors or managers wanting to learn the best sourcing and recruiting hacks for themselves or their teams should attend. Speakers will focus on tactical takeaways that can be implemented with little or zero spend, the day after the event.

Leadership Track

The leadership track is for strategic talent acquisition leaders who are responsible for managing a team and have a budget for technology tools. This group will receive briefings from analysts about the hottest new HR and recruiting technologies and will have the opportunity to discuss how to build the ideal HR tech stack. Other topics include how to structure a team, what to automate, and how to implement and integrate new technology.
