Candidate Experience or Engagement?
There is a lot of buzz about AI and Machine Learning being able to improve the overall experience a candidate has in our recruitment processes. We have a plethora of amazing cool tools to use to leverage our interaction with candidates. We benchmark our successes by performing data analytics with specific algorithms that measure candidate actions.
What if, instead of being focused on the experience of the candidate, we engaged them instead on their level instead? We’ll discuss changing our hats from being salespersons to being customer service representatives. What are ways we can take the “dog and pony” to razzle-dazzle our candidates, and instead, engage them for current or future roles, and as referral sources? Warning: personal experiences- good, bad, and ugly, will be shared!
